VMRD RT-QuIC Reaction buffer is a tried-and-true recipe for a balance of sensitivity and specificity in RT-QuIC reactions. The buffer comes ready-to-use including thioflavin T and requires no filtering. Just add water to the 5x buffer and then VMRD RT-QuIC amplification substrate and it's ready to go.
