In 1981, Dr. Scott and Janet Adams took a bold entrepreneurial risk and stepped forward to start VMRD. As a young couple with a dream and a lot of grit, they weathered the years to build the VMRD that we know today.
Through the early years, the entire family supported the business. Ethan Adams has worked in almost every department and gradually gained experience, management responsibilities, and executive roles until he became CEO in 2015.
Through the years, products, customers, and employees have come and gone, but one thing remained the same: The Adams family has been committed to their values and caring for all those who work for VMRD and who buy its products.
